Position: Architectural Technologist
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Triesen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the design and construction of buildings. Your main role will be to ensure that all technical aspects of a project are addressed and implemented correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop detailed design plans.
- Use advanced software programs to create 2D and 3D models of building designs.
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing buildings and surroundings.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and other consultants to ensure that designs are accurately translated into construction documents.
- Respond to requests for information (RFIs) during construction process.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Biometric passport is not required.
