Job Title: Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in our company. Your main duty will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.

Your role will involve leading a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will be expected to use your technical expertise to review and approve designs, as well as identify potential issues or challenges before they arise.

In addition to project management duties, you will also be involved in business development activities such as identifying new opportunities for growth and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies for expanding our architectural services.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with several years of experience in architectural project management. Excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes are essential for success in this role.
