Information Security Analyst


We are currently seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst for a contract position in Lahore. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor network traffic and investigate any suspicious activity
- Perform penetration testing to identify weaknesses in the system
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations when necessary
- Provide training and support to employees on best practices for information security
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in information security

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
