Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in our busy restaurant in Lom. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be eligible to work in Lom without sponsorship
