We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping and baking items, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of different ingredients and techniques. You must also have excellent time management skills to ensure that products are ready on time for customers. Previous experience in a bakery or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to create various baked goods
- Knead dough according to recipes
- Shape dough into desired forms
- Bake items in ovens or other equipment
- Decorate pastries with icing or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving or selling
- Clean work areas, utensils, and equipment after each use

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Ability to read recipes accurately
- Good time management skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
