We are a leading automotive company in Ufa, Russia seeking experienced Dismantlers to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and identifying usable parts for resale. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles using hand tools and power tools
- Identify and remove usable parts for resale
- Sort and organize parts inventory
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler in an automotive or salvage yard setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle components
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to identify usable parts
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
