Waiter/Waitress

Location: Utena, Lithuania

Salary: $1500 per month



We are currently hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Utena. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing efficient and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work station
- Respond to any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for billing purposes
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
