Entry-Level Merchandiser in Nakuru, Kenya


We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in stores to increase sales and brand visibility.

As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will work closely with the sales team to plan and execute merchandising strategies. This includes setting up displays, arranging products, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be responsible for tracking sales data and providing feedback on product performance.

The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, creative, and has a strong understanding of customer behavior. Previous experience in merchandising is not required but is considered a plus. We are open to hiring students or individuals without prior experience as long as they have a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
