Entry-Level Waiter in Multan, Pakistan


We are hiring an enthusiastic and hard-working Entry-Level Waiter to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and serve food in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the restaurant or menu
- Ensure tables are properly set up with silverware, glasses, napkins, etc.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if needed
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu is also preferred)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for work in Pakistan
