Office Manager
As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities within our company in Faisalabad. You will be the main point of contact for internal and external communication, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies. In addition, you will oversee the work of other administrative staff and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks within the office
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external communication
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for executive staff
- Manage office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Supervise other administrative staff members and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: This position is based in Faisalabad. We welcome candidates from any nationality who are able to legally work in Pakistan.
