Software Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Software Tester to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of software applications to identify bugs and ensure that they meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200, including free visa and ticket.

As a Software Tester, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting manual and automated tests on software applications to identify bugs and defects
- Creating detailed test plans based on project requirements
- Collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Reporting on test results and providing recommendations for improvement
- Identifying areas for process improvement in the testing process
- Providing support during the implementation phase of projects
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium or JIRA
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is a plus
