We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Lisbon. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial and manufacturing settings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, as well as accommodations, free visa, and ticket provided.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair instruments and control systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to ensure accurate readings.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and schematics.
- Knowledge of various instruments such as transmitters, sensors, controllers, etc.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
