Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of our products and provide recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized store appearance
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.
