Sales Manager - Jizan, Egypt


We are looking for a determined and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to reach and exceed targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and analyze competition
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train new sales team members on company products, policies, and procedures
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Africa)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively while also working independently
- Experience in developing successful sales strategies for different markets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be willing to relocate to Jizan, Egypt
