IT Support Specialist
Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg

This role requires problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The IT Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of reported issues and resolutions. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or remote tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by clients
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members if necessary
- Document all reported issues and resolutions accurately in our system
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
