Sales Manager - English Speaking (Urgent)


We are a dynamic and growing company in the sales industry, based in Triesen. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who is fluent in English. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales team and driving business growth. Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, managing client relationships, and monitoring market trends. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets and motivating your team to achieve them.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and proven experience in managerial positions. You should also have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. As our clients come from diverse backgrounds, fluency in other languages is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Establish strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Set sales targets for the team and track their progress
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing and finance to achieve company goals
- Attend networking events or conferences to promote our products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and techniques for driving sales growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability to start immediately
