Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will oversee the design and construction process of various building projects in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of the design and construction process, from initial concept development to final project completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural plans and make any necessary revisions or improvements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking and cost analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architecture design and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem.

Preference for Indian Nationals:
While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, we have a preference for Indian nationals due to language proficiency.

Proficiency in English is required for this position.
