Industrial Alpinist in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-altitude maintenance, construction, and repair tasks on various structures such as buildings, towers, and bridges. This physically demanding job requires excellent climbing skills and knowledge of safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial alpinism and be able to work at extreme heights with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, construction, and repair tasks at elevated heights using specialized equipment
- Inspect structures for damage or wear and make necessary repairs
- Install safety systems such as ropes, harnesses, and anchors
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and others
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep accurate records of work done and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Strong climbing skills with the ability to work safely at extreme heights
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working at heights
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lithuania

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
