Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and residents of our luxury establishment in Kaunas. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests, making reservations, arranging transportation and activities, and handling any special requests. You will also provide information about local attractions and services, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
