Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Kaunas

We are hiring a Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Kaunas. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or previous experience in the hospitality industry. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, making recommendations and reservations for local attractions and restaurants, and assisting with any special requests or needs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Filipino
- Must be legally allowed to work in Kaunas
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong knowledge of the local area and be able to make recommendations for guests
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or transportation services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
