Seasonal Concierge in Khasab, Oman


We are currently hiring a seasonal concierge to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role; previous experience as a concierge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
