Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. This is a contract position, suitable for men who do not have prior experience but are willing to learn and grow in the field of computer support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and printer problems
- Install and configure new computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all help desk interactions and resolutions
- Communicate with users in a professional manner to provide clear instructions and solutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new technology developments in the field of computer support

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Flexibility to work weekends or non-traditional hours if needed
