Sales Manager in Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving company sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and expand the customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
