Instrument Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Braga. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Keep detailed records of work performed and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with various instruments and control systems used in industrial settings
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces if necessary
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Braga (Portugal)
