Job Title: Collector (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Split. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing the collection of debts and outstanding payments from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of debt collection procedures. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on unpaid balances
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve any payment disputes or issues
- Provide regular updates on collection progress to management
- Ensure compliance with all debt collection laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in debt collection preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of debt collection laws is a plus

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Split, Croatia (open to candidates of any nationality)
