IT Manager - Ufa, Russia


We are currently seeking a skilled IT Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's technology operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. Your main duties will include managing our network infrastructure, implementing and maintaining security protocols, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to users.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades
- Provide support to users regarding technical issues or questions
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and server management
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: 1000$ per month

*Preference may be given to Kenyan nationals.
