Merchandiser for Retail Store in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store in Doha. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of products in our store. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays and arrange merchandise in an organized manner to maximize sales
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products when needed
- Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled
- Keep track of product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional events or sales campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and offering recommendations
- Train and supervise other store employees on merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting and moving heavy items
- Preference for Indian nationals with valid work permit in Qatar
