We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and oversee their performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet business objectives.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for growth.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred but not required.
- Biometric passport is required for this position.
