Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg
Salary: $1400 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your role will also involve working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on architectural designs
- Review and analyze architectural designs to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop efficient and effective construction plans
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D models, renderings, and animations of proposed designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning and progress monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that this position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided; candidates must have their own visa/work permit for Luxembourg.
