Nurse Supervisor - Sofia, Bulgaria



As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the nursing staff at our medical facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our patients receive high-quality care from our nursing team. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who do not require English language skills and are seeking a job with accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all nursing staff are providing compassionate and competent care to patients
- Monitor patient care plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in management meetings to discuss policies, procedures, and any issues within the nursing department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Bulgarian language (English language skills not required)
