Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, and accommodation will be provided. We welcome Indian nationals who have a passion for sales and are looking to start their career in this field. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Create sales reports and present them to management
- Train new team members on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales management or as a sales representative
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
