Indian Concierge in Washington


We are seeking a friendly and professional Indian Concierge to join our team in Washington. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This position is open to both Indians and foreigners with strong English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but open to foreigners with valid work visa
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
