Administrator for a Non-Profit Organization in Akron
A non-profit organization in Akron is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This role will involve managing administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, organizing files, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering, and creating meeting agendas
- Assist with fundraising efforts by maintaining donor databases and preparing grant proposals
- Support staff members by booking travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and handling other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
