Debt Recovery Specialist

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers. You will primarily work with Indian clients in Nakuru, but may also have some international clients. Your main duties will include making phone calls and sending emails to customers, negotiating payment plans and settlements, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. You must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer free visa and ticket for our international employees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in debt recovery while working in a diverse and dynamic environment.
