Junior Architectural Designer - Shan, Africa


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers to create innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as an architectural designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. We welcome fresh graduates who are passionate about architecture and eager to learn.
