IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager to join our team in Eschen. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our information technology department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the training and development of IT staff to ensure a highly skilled team
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support when needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or new systems when necessary
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Develop budgets and manage expenses related to IT operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, databases, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with project management techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
