The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective sales strategies and customer relationships. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Candidates must have their own visa and this position is open to students as well.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients and corporate accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with the local market preferred
