Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a talented and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and occupancy rates through strategic sales efforts and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Maintain relationships with current clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, revenue management, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote the hotel's services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, forecasts, and proposals for management review
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
