Loader Supervisor

We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse in Gujrat. The ideal candidate should have experience in loading and unloading procedures, as well as a biometric passport for secure access to the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading processes
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Train new loaders on proper techniques for handling goods
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding loading and unloading processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Biometric passport for secure access to the warehouse
- Good physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Strong attention to detail for accurately recording inventory levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
