Job Title: Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds. You will work closely with clients to understand their fitness goals and assess their current fitness levels to create a customized training plan that is safe, effective, and enjoyable. Your role will also involve providing ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients as they progress towards their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss their fitness goals, health history, and any specific needs or limitations.
- Develop personalized training programs that align with the client's goals and are tailored to their abilities.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to training plans as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to keep clients engaged in their fitness journey.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits including nutrition, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any concerns or updates with the client's physician if needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science principles, human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
- Ability to create personalized training programs for individuals with varying abilities and goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon but open for candidates from all nationalities.
