Retail Merchandiser



As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts in retail stores to attract customers and promote sales. You will work closely with store managers and buyers to ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and to meet customer demands. This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays in retail stores based on company guidelines and product availability
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure appropriate stock levels
- Collaborate with buyers to determine product placement and promotions
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and make recommendations for product selection
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are maintained properly
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and visual merchandising activities

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Experience in visual merchandising or retail required
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Salary:
1100$ per month
