Courier Delivery Driver (Bayan, Kenya)


We are hiring a reliable and efficient Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and timely delivering packages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of deliveries and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for each delivery.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival, recipient's name, and any other relevant information.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
- Verify the contents of each package before delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Bayan, Kenya.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs while carrying packages.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
