We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installers to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, and includes free accommodation, visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems according to engineering plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panels
- Mount panels onto roofs or other structures using appropriate equipment
- Connect panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and connections
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure functionality
- Provide maintenance and repair services as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Panel Installer
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Ability to read engineering plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred
