We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Shan, India. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's computer systems and networks. This position is ideal for an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills who is looking for a part-time job without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly
- Implement security measures to protect company data
- Provide technical support to employees with hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
