We are in need of a skilled Barber to join our team at our Men's Salon in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and styling services to our male clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about men's grooming and has a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:
- Nationality preference: Pakistani
- Fluent in Russian (English not required)
- No prior experience needed
- Must be able to provide a portfolio or demonstrate your skills during the interview process
- Accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyle
- Provide hair cutting and styling services such as trimming, shaving, and beard grooming
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean work station
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in men's grooming

Qualifications:
- Must have completed formal training or apprenticeship in barbering
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
