Typesetter

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Ashdod. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting text and images for print and digital publications. This role requires strong attention to detail, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:
- Formatting text and images according to layout designs
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in fonts, spacing, and alignment
- Collaborating with editors, writers, and designers to ensure high-quality final products
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to typesetting software
- Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and best practices for typesetting

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of printing processes and techniques is preferred but not required

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Visa sponsorship may also be available for foreign applicants.
