Office Assistant (Malayalee Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee language skills preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
