Architecture Manager for International Construction Firm in Sheduva


We are a leading international construction firm, seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of our projects, from initial design to final construction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of projects
- Develop and implement design concepts that align with client requirements and budget constraints
- Review and approve all architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion between architectural designs and structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and regulations related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other architectural software is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work within tight deadlines
