Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, working with Malayalees and English-speaking professionals. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the design process, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and client requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee languages
- Knowledge of current building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
