As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. This is a contract position with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers looking to gain experience in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to analyze large sets of data
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract insights
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of data used for analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
